Somewhat counter intuitively, I’m going to use some facts to show you why professional content works so well.
1. Facts don’t sell
The chances are your competition ticks the same boxes as you. So you need something else to stand apart, pretty much all you have is your connection and trust (see below) and a ‘gut feel’. Professional content can help create both of these.
2. Builds connection and trust
Using professional images and video can really help to build that sense of trust and connection. I’m not sure what else I need to write here, the research is pretty clear on this.
3. It shows, not tells
We hear it all the time now, ‘tell stories’, ‘show don’t tell’, why? Because it works. Video, particularly, is a great way to show and tell stories. This little video ‘shows’ why quite well.
