From about 2000 to 2010 I was working as a web developer. I had created the worlds second largest interactive cycling website and used the code from this to create a template for dietitians. I did the coding, web design and UX design, so it gave me a really good grounding in Digital Design.
In about 2010 I purchased a camera to photograph some food for one of the web sites I was working on. That was it, I was gone hook, line and sinker.
I’ve since completed a digital design degree from Adelaide University, but fundamentally I still consider myself a photographer that designs. But I know having both those skills at a professional level gives me a bit of a super power. OK I’d rather be able to fly, but will take what I can get when it comes to super powers.
